To achieve this, we begin by conducting a series of stakeholder interviews, most often with senior executives, sales management, and HR. This helps us get a clear understanding of your strategy and culture, your customers and products. Our goal is to get a deep insight into your specific needs and get a good understanding of what’s working and what’s not.

We then organize a survey with the participants, to map their skill base, training needs & growth areas. Equipped with these insights, we engage with line management, to complement these self-assessments and gain profound insight in the learning journey that is required to get your team to the next level.
